Map of electoral divisions

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who thinks this looks ridiculous, check out the size of West Coast GRC and the T-shaped marine parade GRC. Poor little hougang smc is caught inside Aljunied GRC. How do the electoral folks come up with these boundaries anyways?? I hope I don't get into trouble blogging this....
