Snowboarding

It's been some time since an update, basically the reason for this period of inactivity is simple... I've been bloody playing so much civilization 4 (John's also hooked now) and pretty not doing other stuffs. In fact, I think it keeps me focused cos I'd go straight to the gym after work, take a shower and then pa game!! :p
Luckily, life is not as boring as it sounds and there was a little blip on the radar last saturday. We wento some place south of Indiana called Perfect North where I had my first stab at snowboarding! It wasn't so much snowboarding per se but more of eating snow dust. Gosh, I can't remember the last time I took so many bumps, probably only during the first unarmed combat course did I take more falls... Anyways, I had lotsa fun fooling around and doing my 'superman' stops, i.e., falling flat on one's face until you grind to a halt. :P Our dear friend XH was the most gung-ho among all of us, he wasn't that fantastic a skier but nevertheless went to challenge the 'black diamond' aka the most hiong slope in the place. He mentioned that he stood a full 10 minutes at the cliff before going for it, and boy he basically just tumbled his way down the slope. It was freaking hilarious, and he was so satisfied with himself for doing that it just showed through his grin when he came back after it all... Didn't take too many photos this time, so I guess I'll just upload a few of 'em here.
